My standard rate for remote support is £35 per hour.

Monthly Support Retainers

For clients requiring consistent support, I offer flexible monthly retainer packages. These allow you to budget for a set number of hours each month, ensuring reliable assistance and priority scheduling.

Client Communication Policy

To ensure smooth workflow and dedicated service, all client calls including catch-ups and ad-hoc discussions, must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. This helps maintain quality across multiple client engagements.

Payment Terms

• A 3-hour deposit is payable upfront for hourly ad-hoc contracts. Work will commence once deposit is received.

• Retainer contracts are invoiced and payable up front. Work will commence once payment is received.
• No further work will be undertaken if an invoice remains outstanding.

All time is tracked, and a detailed time report is provided at the end of each month for full transparency.
